Completed in 2004, Tostan's CCDD Training Center in Thiès, Senegal is used to train Tostan field staff and partners wishing to implement the Community Empowerment Program in other countries. It also serves as a conference center for other development partners.
The Training Center is built on beautiful grounds outside of the city of Thiès. There are five large and well-ventilated classrooms, one large kitchen to serve guests, an internet café, one large meeting hall, and dozens of private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
