We began implementing our Community Empowerment Program (CEP) in The Gambia in 2007, and we currently run the program in 30 communities in The Gambia’s Upper River Region (URR). The Gambia annually hosts an awareness-raising youth caravan to extend the reach of knowledge learned in the CEP, specifically the rights of children and adolescents.
